The NOTL Writers’ Circle invites writers in the Niagara Region to enter the 2017 Rising Spirits Writing Contest!
  • Submissions should be on the theme of “The Canadian Spirit”
  • Short stories and poetry, fiction or non-fiction 
  • Youth category (14 – 18 years old) 
  • ​Winners will receive prizes and the opportunity to be published in the next Rising Spirits Anthology. Awards ceremony is October 29 at the Old Winery.
